This is a simple recipe for a quick salad, but it is great! You can use different types of vinegar and add a little mustard for a change-up.
1 cup vinegar, any kind really
2 tablespoons water
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon salt
Pour the ingredients into a glass jar (or re-purpose an old dressing container).
If using an old jar, you may need to use a funnel. If so, pour the dry ingredients in first.
Close the lid tight and shake well.
Use on your favorite salads! This will keep up to 3 months in the refrigerator.
