The prohibition of marijuana costs a lot of money, and the revenue we are not collecting into state coffers from taxes is substantial, too. Have you ever stopped to consider what is saved from medical marijuana, in the form of decreased prescriptions and a decrease in doctor’s visits, not to mention the potential revenue from taxing legal sales of marijuana to adults.
