OLCC Accepting Comments Until June 9th on Rules

Oregon Liquor Control Commission is accepting comments on their proposed temporary rules through June 9th. The rules will replace the current rules to comply with 2016 legislation.
We encourage all those interested in recreational marijuana to read these rules and offer your constructive opinions and changes you would like to see made. The rules effect the Recreational system. For the Oregon Health Authority rules regulating medical marijuana, please visit their website here.

Proposed Temporary Rules (link)
On June 17, 2016, the Commissioners will consider the following proposed temporary rules. These proposed temporary rules implement 2016 legislation and amend permanent rules. The Commissioners will consider additional rules implementing 2016 legislation in a separate rulemaking action.
Please direct any comments on these proposed temporary rules by emailing comments to bryant.haley@oregon.gov by 5:00 p.m. on June 9, 2016. Please label the subject line of any comments with “Temporary Rule Comment.”
